By using StockMunch's dashboard, Telegram alerts, or any related service, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Your phone number and email address, provided during sign-up, are used strictly for service delivery, account verification, and alert dispatch.
  • Alert Preferences: The stocks you choose to track, your preferred alert channels (Telegram and/or email), and your subscription plan tier.
  • Terminal Usage Data: When you use our professional dashboard, we may collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and interaction logs to ensure secure access, optimize performance, and improve the user experience.
  • Telegram Bot Interaction Data: When you connect your Telegram account via our bot, we store your Telegram Chat ID to enable alert delivery. No personal Telegram messages or group data is accessed or stored.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Delivering real-time stock market alerts to your Telegram account and/or email as per your subscription plan.
  • Providing access to the StockMunch dashboard, including live news feeds, NSE/BSE filings, FII/DII flow tracking, IPO monitoring, bulk deal alerts, dividend calendar, and AI sentiment analysis.
  • Anonymizing usage patterns to improve our AI sentiment delivery engine, reduce alert latency, and enhance notification relevance.
  • Communicating service updates, maintenance notices, and plan-related information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing firms, data brokers, or advertisers.

Data Security

All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Our database architecture uses advanced hashing algorithms to protect authentication credentials. We maintain audit trails for access to sensitive data and monitor our infrastructure for unauthorized activity.

  • Right to Correction: You may update your contact details and alert preferences from your account settings at any time.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Cookie & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality (such as session management and login), analyze site traffic, and improve user experience. We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized behavioral analytics and Google Analytics for usage measurement. These tools do not collect sensitive financial data or alert preferences.

Third-Party Services

StockMunch integrates with the following third-party services to deliver our platform:

  • Telegram: Used solely as an alert delivery channel. We do not access your Telegram conversations, contacts, or group data. Only your Chat ID is stored for alert routing.
  • Google OAuth: Optional sign-in method. We only receive basic profile information (name and email) you authorize during login.
  • NSE/BSE Data Feeds: Market data is sourced via authorized APIs from Indian stock exchanges. We do not store exchange credentials.
  • AI Processing: Sentiment analysis is performed on alert content to provide context. No personally identifiable information is sent to AI processing engines.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Charter from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via our Telegram alert channel and/or email. The updated version will take effect on the date published on this page.
