  • Live Chat Information: If you contact our support team through live chat, we may collect the messages and contact information you voluntarily provide during the conversation.

Our live chat service may be provided through Tawk.to. Chat information may be processed by Tawk.to as necessary to provide the live-chat service and is subject to its applicable privacy practices.

  • Telegram: Used as an optional alert-delivery channel. When you connect Telegram, we may store the Telegram Chat ID and information necessary to route StockMunch alerts. StockMunch does not access or store your private Telegram conversations, contacts, or unrelated group content through the alert connection.
  • Google OAuth: Provides an optional sign-in method. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide basic profile information that you authorize, such as your name and email address.

AI Processing

StockMunch may use automated and AI-assisted systems to process market news, company announcements, filings, and other non-personal market content for purposes such as sentiment analysis, categorization, summarization, and contextual insights.
