Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StockMunch.com and using our alert services, dashboard, or any related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms apply to all visitors and subscribers across our Free, Plus, and Pro plans.

Nature of Service

StockMunch is a technology-driven information aggregation and AI sentiment analysis platform. We provide real-time stock market alerts, live news feeds, NSE/BSE filing data, FII/DII flow tracking, IPO monitoring, bulk deal alerts, dividend calendar, and AI-powered sentiment signals via our dashboard and Telegram bot.

We are not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or SEBI-registered research analyst. StockMunch is an information service — not a financial advisory service.

No Financial Advice

All information on the StockMunch dashboard, via Telegram alerts, or through any other channel is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. AI sentiment signals are analytical tools — not recommendations.

Always consult a certified financial professional before making any trading decision. Past performance and sentiment signals do not guarantee future results.

Subscription Plans & Billing

StockMunch offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: No cost, no credit card required. Includes live stock news (10 latest), NSE/BSE filings (10 latest), Telegram alerts for up to 5 stocks, watchlist (10 stocks), FII/DII flow monitor, IPO desk, bulk & block deal tracker, dividend calendar, and AI sentiment analysis. Available indefinitely.
  • Plus Plan (₹150/mo): Expands Telegram alerts to 20 stocks, watchlist to 50 stocks, and unlocks unlimited news/filings, historical data & filters, and email support. 30-day free trial available.
  • Pro Plan (₹250/mo): Removes all limits — unlimited alerts, unlimited watchlist, unlimited news/filings, historical data & filters, and priority email support. 30-day free trial available.

All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Partial month refunds are not provided. The 30-day trial gives full access at no cost; you are only charged if you continue past the trial.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and Telegram Chat ID.
  • Use StockMunch's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit StockMunch data, alerts, or content without express written consent.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including alerts dispatched to your Telegram.
  • Do not use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from StockMunch's dashboard or APIs without permission.

Accuracy & Latency Disclaimer

While we strive for millisecond precision and institutional-grade accuracy, technical latencies, exchange errors, data provider outages, or upstream failures are beyond our control. StockMunch is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data.

AI sentiment analysis is an algorithmic interpretation and should not be treated as a definitive market prediction. Sentiment signals may be incorrect, delayed, or unavailable during high market volatility.

Intellectual Property

All content, data, algorithms, logos, branding, and materials on StockMunch.com are the property of StockMunch or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StockMunch services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, abuse of the platform, or operational reasons. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact support@stockmunch.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockMunch and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions.

Your sole remedy for any dispute arising from these terms is to discontinue use of the platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage users to resolve disputes informally by contacting support before pursuing formal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Usage from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, features, or legal requirements. The updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of StockMunch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
