Computer Point Limited conducted its 41st Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved all proposed resolutions with requisite majority, including the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mohan Kha as Whole Time Director, alongside the appointments of Puja Verma as Women Independent Director and Sanjay Rawka as Independent Director, with each resolution securing 100% of the total valid votes cast.
