International Data Management Ltd shareholders approved all resolutions at the 49th AGM held on September 28, 2026, with requisite majority. Key approvals included the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26 and the re-appointment of Ms. Rita Gupta as a Director liable to retire by rotation.
