Fluidomat Limited shareholders approved a dividend of Rs. 7.5 (75%) per share for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 and adopted the audited financial statements at the 50th Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of director Shri Kunal Jain and the re-appointment of Shri Ashok Jain as Chairman and Managing Director for three years with effect from 1st July 2027.
