Binayak Tex Concludes 43rd AGM
Binayak Tex Processors held its 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, where members considered adopting the FY26 audited financial statements, re-appointing Mrs. Heeradevi Pacheriwala as Director, and appointing Statutory Auditors. Special resolutions were also considered regarding the approval of borrowing limits under Section 180(1)(c), creation of security on company properties, and granting intercorporate loans and investments under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.
