Decipher Labs Limited concluded its 40th AGM, with shareholders approving all five resolutions with 100% votes in favor, including the adoption of FY26 audited financial statements and material related-party transactions with Saya Healthcare Private Limited. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Ramanatham & Rao as Statutory Auditors, the re-appointment of Director Sushant Mohan Lal, and the appointment of Bhupendralal Waghray as an Independent Director.
