Elegant Floriculture OKs Name Change
Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech (India) Limited announced voting results and the Scrutinizer's report for its AGM held on September 28, 2026. All eight resolutions, including adopting audited FY26 financial statements and approving a company name change, were passed with the requisite majority. Shareholders also approved altering the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association, re-appointing director Vijaykumar Babulal Soni, appointing two Independent Directors, and appointing M/s.
