Shree Pacetronix Concludes 38th AGM
Shree Pacetronix held its 38th AGM to adopt FY26 financial statements, appoint M/s Agarwal Patel and Sinhal as Statutory Auditors, and approve the re-appointment and remuneration increase of Joint Managing Director Akash Sethi. Members also considered re-appointing Independent Directors Manali Tongia and Somya Chabbra and approving FY27 related party transactions.
