Kimia Biosciences OKs Board Appointments
Kimia Biosciences announced that members approved board appointments at its 33rd AGM. Sameer Goel was re-appointed as Director liable to retire by rotation, and Amulya Kumar Nayak was appointed as Non-Executive Director liable to retire by rotation. Shareholders also approved the appointments of Reema Goyal as Non-Executive Independent Woman Director and Avinash Prabhat as Non-Executive Independent Director, each for a five-year term effective until April 3, 2031.
