Zenlabs Ethica Concludes 33rd AGM
Zenlabs Ethica Limited concluded its 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. Resolutions put to vote included adopting FY26 audited financial statements, re-appointing Director Sanjay Dhir, re-appointing statutory auditors M/s N. Kumar Chhabra & Co., and amending the object clause of the Memorandum of Association. Voting was conducted through remote e-voting and ballot papers at the venue.
